*City Tourism taxi is excluded from the list price (€ 2.50 a night per person for a maximum of 7 nights; children 13 and under are exempt).

The prices quoted above include:

- Full board with a hearty breakfast buffet, sweet and salty, and an outstanding menu of meat or fish, whether it be for lunch or for dinner;
- Beverages with meals (water and soft drinks from the tap, local Sangiovese red and Trebbiano white wines);
- Beach service: 1 umbrella and 2 lounge chairs per room;
- Car parking available.

In  addition, if you book directly: 
 
  • 2 hot tubs and a gym on the rooftop with a seaside view;
  • Wellness Centre with a sauna and a Turkish bath.
